i meet an issue, when i try to reset my OracleIdentityCloudService account's password, there's no mail received
i have contact Welcome page live agent for this issue , he guide me to get the support from this forum, please help to make a SR to MOS team for this issue

This has to worked by the MOS Team (My Oracle Support Team) through an SR (Service Request ).
