need help to change password of INTERNAL

Hi,

I am using oracle 8.0.6 on win 2000 server. I have a setup such that when i change sys password on production server, the INTERNAL password also changes. I am trying to create a standby DB, where i am trying to change the password of INTERNAL so that it is same as in production scenario.

I am unable to change the password of INTERNAL. I am using this version bcoz of the requirement.
