Need help on how to convert SYSDATE to JSON Date format

Hello,

I have a JSON Date value as:2017-08-27T14:54:34Z

I converted to oracle date format as below.(It worked)

SELECT CAST(TO_TIMESTAMP_TZ('2017-08-27T14:54:34Z', 'FXYYYY-MM-DD"T"HH24:MI:SS"Z"') AT LOCAL AS DATE)  FROM DUAL

However not sure of how to pass SYSDATE and convert into the like as above format 2017-08-27T14:54:34Z
