Need help in resolving INS 32012 Unable to create a directory error

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to install the Oracle 11g Release 2 on Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit system.
I have folder "_/u01/app/oracle/oradata_" created and user "_oracle_" is the owner..Here is the screenshot http://i46.tinypic.com/jhsqj9.jpg

But still i am receiving the error saying not able to create the folder as mentioned in this image http://i47.tinypic.com/287qiqh.png

Can any one please help me?
