Need help in making a JFrame unselectable

Hi, I'm currently writing an application in which I have a JFrame, lets call it A, open up JFrame B by creating an instance of class B in A.

While B is open I would like A to be un-selectable, and preferable un-movable. What more, it would really be benificial if A did not continue along with its program until B is closed. If anyone could help me with any of this at all, I will be very greatful!
