I had gotten a new device and forgotten to transfer over my Authenticator and in the process also lost my old backup codes. I need help from support to generate new backup codes for my account. I can provide whatever verification needed but it's two tenancies, one is mine and one I have admin access to. I've been redirected by support several times and the last pointed me here, telling me to create an account and make a post with my issue, after having me change my old password in vein.
