My Database version is 11.1.0.6.0
server : windows 2003
physical memory :2 GB
sga_max_size : 512 MB
memory_target : 816 MB
sort_area_size :65536
sort_area_retained_size : 65536

Can u Please suggest me is there any parameters need change to solve this problem? or i need to increase the ram size.
