Need Help: Failed to import .ova file in Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager

Hi,

I am trying to import an appliance in oracle VM virtual box manager version 4.2.8.
I am trying to import .ova file of Oracle Linux 5 {OVM_OL5U8_X86_64_PVM.ova version 2.9} but it's throwing below error:

Failed to import appliance D:\Software\OVM_OL5U7_x86_64_PVM.ova.
Error reading "D:\Software\OVM_OL5U7_x86_64_PVM.ova": Hard disk item with instance ID 5 specifies invalid parent 0, line 85.
Result Code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)

Can any one please help me on this.
