need expert advice on valuable IDE for JSF

hi all,

we are embarking on a new web application project and decided to adopt JavaServer Faces (JSF). So far, we have been using JBuilder from Borland, but it does not support JSF as we speak.

Can someone suggest a valuable IDE that supports out-of-the box
a) JavaServer Faces (JSF)
b) Tomcat v 5.0.25
