Need a work schedule for employees who work a rotating schedule

Hi,

My client has a standard workweek of Saturday through Friday. Some employees work a rotating shift which may include weekends and they start anytime between 7am-9am. I need to create a work schedule that will fit this requirement and be supported by absence management so that employees cannot schedule time off on days they already have scheduled off. The shift must also be in hours and not start and end time. How can I go about setting this up?
