Need a PDF to Microsoft Excel converter

Does anybody know of a open source (better) or licensed PDF to Excel command line utility?

We need to convert our reports(10g) to MS Excel. Only way to do is to use the existing PDF output and convert it to Excel.

We cannot use ENHANCEDSPREADSHEET desformat because it gives the output with added columns and rows and is not readable and is not user friendly.
