APEX

I am sure many of you are familiar with Timesheet application from Apex 3 and before version, I am not sure how long APEX team would take to complete the revised version of this sample application.
But here is what I need and I am willing to pay for it.

Problem
Apex sample application has time entry screen with weekly timesheet for an employee. If there is any error in the weekly timesheet at the time of data entry you need to edit one day at a time.

Requirement:
Need to edit weekly Timesheet, meaning for a given employee the update screen should look exactly similar to time entry screen with the data pulled from the database instead of the empty fields. Then any modifications should be written back to the database

Thoughts:
I am sure this can be achieved using the collections

I need your help to complete this task as I am not familiar in managing the collections.
if any one can help me I can send the sample timesheet application from apex and you add a screen to update in that application and send it back to me.
