Near Line and Far line DR using Oracle Data Guard

Hi : I am creating near line and far line DR using Oracle data Guard in 11gR2 .Primary and Near Line Oracle data Guard configuration will be in sync mode and Primary and far Line DR Oracle data Guard configuration will be in Async mode . Now in case of Primary Down , i want the steps for sync my data from near line DR to far line DR .
