Navigation of Item in Oracle Forms

SaroFeb 14 2011 — edited Feb 17 2011
Hi all,

I'm having 6 fields in my Form which includes a button

the fields are

1.Employee_id 2.Employee_name3.department_id4.Button5.salary6.commission

here Employee_id,Employee_name and Salary are mandatory fields also when i click the button it will open another window which has Department_no,Department_name this department_no should match with the Third item Department_id now my problem is navigation of items,it should be 1'st item,2nd'item,3rd'item,when press button window should open and need to fill details in Department_no,Department_name...go on

But here when i enter values into Employee_id,Employee_name,department_id and click tab key the navigation goes to another mandatory field Salary after entering salary only it allowes to enter department_no,department_name..but i need to give values in order..

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Regards,
Saro
