Navigation Menu on Right side of UI

Hello Apex experts,

I want navigation menu on an APEX page to appear on the right hand side of UI Page (APEX version 5.1).

In UI Attributes -> Navigation Menu properties, I can see that only 2 positions - Top and Side. The side position always makes the navigation menu appear on the left side. (I have tried different options in the list template)

Is there any way to have it displayed on the right side?

We like it to appear like Oracle Cloud UI as below:
