Navigate to Package Body in Oracle SQL Developer

Dears,

For package specification in SQL Developer (version Version 18.4.0.376 ) , for some of the procedure definitions "Navigate to Package Body" icon is missing as shown in image. For the first 4 procedure the icon is available and missing for the 5th one. What could have been the reason ?
