Hi, I have a user that can see reports in the Narrative reporting application but cannot see them in smartview. He has downloaded the extension and we've tried to reconnect several times. We are on 25.100 smartview version. Our consultants told us there is no security on reports and they can't seem to figure it out either. What are we missing?
