naming exported file with the date

hi , i am using this command to export my schema

exp med/med file=c:\expdat.dmp

i think if i use the same command again and again , it will replace the old file with the new one ? right ?

2- i want to name the exported file with the sysdate(date and time) ? , and i think this is a way to create a new file and does not replace the old file .
