Name Address operator

Hi
I have a source table and I am trying to cleanse the data and store in the target table. I was able to successfully deploy the mapping to the target and execute. After execution, it shows 10 rows got inserted which is correct . But If I go and see the target all the 10 rows got null values. So my question is for using Name and Address operator, Do we need anything special?
OWB Client version : 9.2.0.2.8
OWB repository : 9.2.0.2.0

Any help on this regard would be greatly appreciated
