Mysync.exe fails

Hi,

When i trying to execute mysync.exe i get the below error message.

Runtime Error !

Program: D:/mobileclient//bin/mysync.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
please contact the applications support team for more information.

The mobile server contains windows 2003 server,oracle10gR1 and 10gLite R3
Application platform is Oracle Lite WIN32;US

The client environment contains windows XP & jdk 1.5.

Please advice...!!!
