My Task Lists does not shows correctly

We faced strange issue which reproduces only with one AD user.

This is task list frame (sorry for localization it is a screen from business user)

But it have to look like this

We have Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.004.

We can't reproduce error on test enviroment or other user.

We tried:

1. Creating user with similar rights (provision) - it works fine

2. Cleaning browsers cache

3. Using different browsers and workstantion

4. Deprovision/provision AD user

but this issue still occures...

Any ideas? what it could be?
