My problem in Enterprise Manager

Hello

We have a server that it's OS is Enterprise Redhat Linux4 (kernel 2.6.9-42.0.0.0.1.ELsmp)
and with Oracle 10g Release 10.2.0.2.0

When I create a database (by dbca) and I select the configuration for Enterprise Manager
the database will be installed and EM will be configured but in EM the Administration tab and Performance tab
don't work, then when I restart EM by enctl command it dosen't start and will be failed
I have verified it's log files in "ORACLE_HOME/DBNAME/sysman/log" directory but
I can't realize what is problem, in below I have written their context
If you know the cause of problem please say to me
