My oralce EBS forms are not opening on Windows 8.1 64 bit machine for IE 11 .0.23 and all other brow

Hi there,

I have tried many ways but not able to get the forms working for my Oracle EBS 12.1.3 on my windows 8.1 64 bit machine for IE 11.0.23. These are the steps I have taken following details:

Machine: Windows 8.1 64 bit

EBS: R12.1.3

Browser: IE11.0.23

JRE: 1.8.045

Browser Mode: Desktop

As per below link, we have patch : 9239090 to our EBS.

Action taken:

I read: https://blogs.oracle.com/stevenChan/entry/java_blocked_ie_error_ebs

Set java console security settings to high, added EBS url to exception list.

Set Enable XSS filter to disable.

I also tried Firefox and chrome. They both throw standard error message:

In order to access this application, you must install the J2SE Plugin version 1.6.0_07. To install this plugin, click here to download the oaj2se.exe executable. Once the download is complete, double-click the oaj2se.exe file to install the plugin. You will be prompted to restart your browser when the installation is complete.

Please advise asap.
