My oracle cloud instance disappeared in only 3 weeks

Hello.
I just lost my instance for my always free server.
I know that if you don't use the service for 90 days you lose everything but it's been like 3 weeks since I didn't use it so it should be ok and I need to know why did I lost everything.
It's there a way I can recover my instance?
