My oracle autonomous DB is often getting disconnected

I created a apex instance in Oracle autonomous DB but today it often getting service unavailable 503 error . once I restarted my apex instance it works only for few minutes again it getting http 503 error .

Please Suggest me a solution for the above problem ASAP.
