My Apex.oracle.com account is locked

Dear sir/Madam,
I have an account on apex.oracle.com: agrunefeld@live.nl in workspace CIZ.
I forgot my password and I tried a few times. Almost certain that my memory was correct.
Then I tried "Reset my password". But the mail did not come. Because of too little patience, I tried again. and again. After 20 minutes my reset passwordd mail from oracle-application-express_ww@oracle.com appeared. Too late because when I tried the reset url I got the message : Your account is blocked.
There is no other administrator in this workspace.
Please could you help me?
what can I do to fix this?

ps: If the only possible answer is: You should send an email to oracle-application-express_ww@oracle.com (which I already did), how long do I have to wait for an answer? And is there anything I can do to speed that up?
