Must reinstall apex/ords after non-cdb to pdb migration?

Hi,

I asked a similar question before. now I just want to generalize it a little bit more. I will migrate a non-cdb database to a PDB and there are APEX applications running on this database. APEX 22.2.4 and ORDS 22.4 are installed.

after migration, apps starts to get errors. before going any further details of errors, I just want to know whether I must reinstall apex and ords or not?
