must be configured to display at least 256 colors

Hello community,

I am trying to install oracle 11G on novell suse lunix ES11.

We are connected with putty.

Server IP is 192.168.1.88, and the local pc since we connect is 192.168.1.113

We set the DISPLAY variable, but when running the runinstaller the following error message:

oracle@linuxAS:/app/database> export DISPLAY=192.168.113:0.0

oracle@linuxAS:/app/database> echo $DISPLAY

192.168.113:0.0

oracle@linuxAS:/app/database> ./runInstaller

Starting Oracle Universal Installer...

Checking Temp space: must be greater than 120 MB. Actual 7150 MB Passed

Checking swap space: must be greater than 150 MB. Actual 1496 MB Passed

Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors

>>> Could not execute auto check for display colors using command /usr/bin/xdpyinfo. Check if the DISPLAY variable is set. Failed <<<<

Please any help for this?
