Multiselect Lists have no scrollbars in Firefox

Hi there,

I'm having a problem when using the multiselect element on my forms. When there is more data than is visible in the number of rows, a scroll bar does not appear in Firefox, however it does appear in Internet Explorer 6.

Firebug shows that the elements are there and I can't see any sort of styling effects that should be getting in the way. We're using one of Apex's built in themes - number 13.

Is this fixable, or is it a bug in Firefox?
