Multiple word search

Hi friends, I have a field in my table called DETAILS which have multiple entries. I have to perform OR operator search this field. Ex: enties in the table like

"hello how are you"
"hello are am"
"i am"
"ok"

I have to perform max 3 word search. If i am typing hello and searching i will get 1st two records as result and if hello am as searched then result as 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Any help on this?
