Multiple version of jre on pc

Dear all,

I need to use oracle forms 10.1.2.2 on windows 7 pc client. Notice I need to install JRE 1.6.10 and upgrade oracle forms server to 10.1.2.3.
Also I need to use a different java application compatible only with JRE 1.4.2.
I need to know if it is possible to use multiple JRE on pc client (1.4.2 and 1.6.X)
.Both jre 1.4.2 and 1.6.2 are cerfied with windows 7.
