multiple row insert

Hi all,

Can someone help in in inserting multiple row in one table by passing array to one pl/sql block.

suppose i have one table

Tranxn
actype Char(4)
amt number(6,2)
trndt date

i want to pass more than one row at a time and want to insert all those records in above table at a stroke
is it possible
pls help me.

I m using Oracle database is 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0.
