Multiple public Interface with different subnet

Hello,
I am badly stuck with my 11gR2 rollout plan. Let me explain the scenario.

Current Production: 10.2.0.4 RAC 2 node.

Having two public interfaces configured in two different subnet. i.e One for DMZ and the other for internal.

Now we are planning to upgrade to 11gR2 (11.2.0.2) and grid infrastructure not allowing me to choose two public interface because both are in different subnet with error [INS-41105 bond1 on subnet 10.12.107.0 chosen as public does not match subnet of SCAN VIP].

I udnerstand the problem as SCAN IP subnet is matching with only one public interface as the other public interface is in different subnet. What is the solution to over come this ?
