multiple PRIMARY databases broker configuration

I need a document that tells me how to set up a broker configuration when I have multiple databases on PRIMARY and multiple STANDBY databases.

12.1.2.0

RAC Primary and RAC Secondary

I have my SALES databases set up and sending Archives logs to Standby database SALES (unique name standby_SALES).

Now I have BACKOFFICE databases running on the same primary server and want to have another broker configuration .

How do I do this.  I'm getting an error when I try to create another broker configuration
