multiple lines in result set

hi guys let me know the following..
I want to fetch some text fields from database like 'aaaaaahsfgnvlsjldkfjlsdkfj' in a single row
but i want the test to be shown in multiple lines like
aaaaaah
sfgnvlsjld
kfjlsdkfj

that is i wnat to diplay the results in multiple lines in a single row for long text..
how to do this?
please suggest.. thanks in advance..
