multiple ifcfg-ens files after reboot

I recently created a virtual machine trying to build a template on VMWare ESXI 6 us Oracle Linux 7.4.

The issue i'm having is after each reboot there is a new ifcfg-ens192, like os ifcfg-ens192-1, ifcfg-ens192-2, ifcfg-ens192-3 and so on. they do not replace the previous but rather just keeps piling up.

How do I stop this from happening?
