Multiple "crsd.bin reboot" at once

Hi.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 5)
Oracle Clusterware 10.2.0.4

On first node (cas-node1), stable situation - appears immediately after clusterware starting:
[root@cas-node1 ~]# /opt/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs/bin/crsctl check crs
CSS appears healthy
CRS appears healthy
EVM appears healthy

[root@cas-node1 ~]# ps aux | grep crsd.b

I do not see any differences in $ORACLE_HOME/log/cas-node1/crsd/crsd.log and $ORACLE_HOME/log/cas-node2/crsd/crsd.log.

Please, tell me what may be wrong on first node and where to look for solution?
