Multiple consumers for a JMS Queue ?

Hi All,

Messages are placed in a queue and then consumer picks the message and processed it. when we have bulk load we are facing Queue pileup issue.

can we create multiple consumer and consumer the message from the same queue ? or we need to create a topic and multiple consumers ?

If any other best solution please let me know .
