Multiple Business Unit in Oracle Sales Cloud for Restricted Data Access

Hi,

How to create multiple Business Unit in Oracle Sales Cloud, so that the data for one organization will not be visible for the other.

For example I need to create an Enterprise called  XY Corporation which has two Business Units: XY_UAE and XY_Egypt, and each BU has one or more business functions.

XY Corporation         >>Enterprise

  XY_UAE          >>BU   

Sales         >>Business Function

Marketing     >>Business Function

  XY_Egypt        >>BU

Sales         >>Business Function

Any help would be appreciated.
