Multiple Browser windows

We are upgrading from Forms v. 9.0.4 to 10.1.2.0.2.

The programs work about 95% as well as in the previous version but when we open up more than one browser window we lose functionality in the program. If I have just two browser windows open, for instance in Mozilla (3.0.10), I can't update my record I'm working on.

We're using JInitiator 1.3.1.28 with Mozilla.

We also have JRE 1.4.2_06 installed b/c the JRE works w/ IE7 but not Mozilla. JInitiator only works for us in Mozilla. However in IE7 we get webutil FileFunctions errors.

My question is, how can I set the app to run correctly with multiple browsers open?
