Multiline In single Line

Dear All, I am working on ORACLE 10g and i have a record which is stored in multi-lines format. Please share any idea to convert into sing line

Problem:

ID, Name
1 Irfan
Ahmad Lhr

2 Usman
Ahmad Lhr

Expected Solution:
