multi protocol instant messaging system

I am developing a multi protocol instant messeging system using jabber protocols with the help of **Smack Library**
the library i have downloaded from www.igniterealtime.org i am unable to enable voice chat with the help of Smack library please help me .
Smack library is open source in JAVA .

An alternative to smack library is libJingle which is written in C++. please help me as deadline is very near i have to submit it in office.

Please provide me with a coding solution
