Multi level nested tables.

Can I use XMLType view to retrieve multi-level relational tables?

E.x.

There are 4 tables:
Table A, B, C, and D.
The relationship:
A has many B.
A has many C.
C has many D.

How can I create a single XMLType view to retrieve the data correctly?
