I need to design a muti-country pharma commercial sales data warehouse/ reporting data model. Could you please throw any pointers or share any standard data model that could be customized as needed and/or best practices around multi-country implementation. I do have understanding, at high level, of the key entities and attributes pertaining to Pharma commercial sales sub-domain however looking for multi-country specific data model design considerations viz. Handling of multi-currency (for management and reporting on sales figures) and multi-lingual (for management and Reporting of Text labels of dimensions and facts), Any best practices on inclusion of country_code in dimension and fact tables would really help
