MS-Access (*.mdb) file >> SQL 8.0.4 database. How???

Hello Friends,

I had a table in MS-Access 2000. This table contains nearly 456,000 rows. But while accessing the data from the table, it is very-very slow.

Now I want to convert this .mdb tables data to SQL data.

But I had no Idea about this, How to do this?

Please anybody give me a good suggestion or Sample Code.
