MPT Firmware Fault, code 1702 on 'boot'
I installed Sol 10 on Netra 210 and SW mirroed the two disks using integrated Disk Suite procedures.
Initial install was DHCP as I had to move to another office, change subnets, and use fixed IP.
Before shutdown I ran sys-unconfig so on reboot at new network location I could enter hostname, IP, subnet mask, defaultrouter, NIS info, etc.
Upon reboot at new site get:
MPT Firmware Fault, code 1702
Try boot disk
boot disk1
boot bootdisk
boot mirrdisk
These were devalias's setup when disks were mirrored.
Had done several reboots after mirroring and rebootinbg at install site was fine.
Did 'sys-unconfig' scramble my /dev/md partitioning so power-on and boot at new office location impossible?
Thanks.
