Moving the Repository DB to a new hostname

Ok, the inevitable has now become a reality. My DBA needs to move one of my databases to a new server and this db is the one that I used for the forms repository.

Because the DB is being moved to new hardware, the hostname will change.

Is there a way to edit my forms installation so that it now points to the repository in the migrated DB or do I really need to run the whole Forms 12c Installation again?
