Moving huge LOBs

Hello,

We have a table with LOB which need to be reorg with in the tablespace. These tables have LOB Indexes.

These segments are up to 500GB in size.

We tried to move table with parallel 15 with nologging option but it is taking ages (more than a day) to complete which is not acceptable by our customers.

Please let me know the fastest and efficient way to do this?
