Moving from SE to EE - with Patch

Hi!

The process of moving from a Standard Edition to an Enterprise Edition is easily documentent in different places like e.g.

So far so good. But what about patch application?

Originally I installed a 10.2.0.1 SE on Windows. After applying the different patch sets I now got a 10.2.0.4. As the installation media is still only available as 10.2.0.1 and my database is 10.2.0.4 I wonder which are the correct steps to a valid 10.2.0.4 EE.

My guess:

- shutdown the database
- deinstall 10.2.0.4 SE Software
- install 10.2.0.1 EE Software
- install 10.2.0.4 Patch Set
- no upgrade of the database
- startup the database

Is this correct? Any ideas for improvement?
