Moving from locally manage to ASSM

Hi All,
We need you assistance on how to move from locally manage table space to ASSM. Does moving it can corrupt data files? since we have data on it? Please give us a step by step solution on how to move this from locally to ASSM. Because we have to shrink a specific tables only.
